Tata Sierra Legend Series Price and Variant Details Explained
Tata Sierra has added five Legend Series trims to the existing lineup, with prices starting at Rs 11.99 lakh and going up to Rs 19.49 lakh ex-showroom. The additions mainly target buyers who want more comfort features without jumping too far between existing price points, with petrol and diesel choices available across the range.
What the five Legend trims cost
The new range adds Smart+ L, Pure L, Pure L (O), Pure+ L and Adventure+ L. The useful part for buyers is how the new trims sit between existing versions rather than replacing them.

Pure L gets 17-inch alloys, leatherette interiors, a 10.25-inch infotainment screen and eight-speaker audio. Pure L (O) adds a voice-assisted panoramic sunroof, while Pure+ L adds ventilated front seats, a six-way powered driver seat, thigh support extension and Boss Mode. Adventure+ L has the widest powertrain choice, including the Hyperion turbo-petrol automatic at Rs 18.99 lakh.
Sierra price gaps are now smaller
The existing Sierra starts at Rs 11.49 lakh for the Smart+ petrol manual, so Smart+ L carries a Rs 50,000 step up. The expanded lineup also closes some of the larger gaps further up the range. In the petrol manual versions, Pure at Rs 13.14 lakh and Pure+ at Rs 14.64 lakh are now joined by Pure L and Pure L (O) at Rs 13.79 lakh and Rs 14.29 lakh.
For diesel manual buyers, Pure+ is Rs 16.09 lakh, Pure+ L is Rs 16.44 lakh and Adventure is Rs 16.64 lakh. The Sierra range now has 42 engine-transmission-trim combinations according to the supplied price lists.
Owner rating and ownership numbers
Sierra has an owner rating of 4.5/5 from 1,384 owner ratings. That is a pooled score, so it is useful as a broad ownership signal rather than a substitute for checking individual running costs and service experience.
The entry Sierra price works out to an estimated on-road cost of about Rs 12.87 lakh in Delhi and Rs 13.33 lakh in Maharashtra.
