1. Acceptance

By using Turbo Truth you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. The service

Turbo Truth provides a forum for structured reviews of car sales and service experiences in India, dealer directory information, and educational content (Engine Lab). We do not sell cars and we are not affiliated with vehicle manufacturers unless stated.

3. Accounts

You must provide a valid email and verify it to post reviews. You are responsible for your account credentials. One person should not create accounts to manipulate ratings.

4. User content

• Reviews must reflect your genuine experience.
• No unlawful, defamatory, harassing, or spam content.
• No posting of others’ personal data without lawful basis.
• Invoice uploads must have contact details blurred; you confirm ownership/right to upload.
• You grant Turbo Truth a non-exclusive licence to host and display your reviews for operating the platform.

5. Verification badge

“Verified” means an admin reviewed submitted proof and accepted it under our process. It is not a guarantee of absolute accuracy of every claim in a review.

6. Seeded and generated content

Not everything on this site was written by a member. Turbo Truth launched with seeded sample reviews, threads and profiles so the forum would not be empty, and those accounts are not real customers. Review counts shown on the site include them.

News stories are written by us from published reports, and the pictures on them are generated illustrations, not photographs — each one is captioned as such where it appears. Some discussion under a news story is seeded in the same way as the launch content above.

What is not seeded: invoice figures, on-road prices and service costs. Anything marked Verified rests on a document an admin has looked at, and nothing carrying a rupee figure is generated. Where we cannot show a real number we show none.

7. Moderation

We may hide, edit metadata for, or remove content that violates these Terms, and may suspend accounts. Dealers or brands may report issues via [email protected].

8. Disclaimers

Content is user-generated. Prices, discounts, and service claims can change. Engine Lab content is educational, not professional mechanical or financial advice. Use the service at your own judgment.

9. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, Turbo Truth is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the platform or reliance on reviews.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts of competent jurisdiction in India shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to applicable law.
