How we keep Turbo Truth honest
Turbo Truth works because members share real, respectful, useful experiences. These rules apply to every review, reply, thread, and listing. Breaking them can lead to content removal or account action.
Be honest and specific
Share real sales & service experiences. Name the dealer, city, and what actually happened. Upload an invoice when you can — verified reviews help everyone.
Be respectful
Disagree with the experience, not the person. No abuse, slurs, harassment, or hate — posts with offensive language are blocked automatically.
No fakes or spam
No fake reviews, paid promotion, competitor bashing, or duplicate posts. Don't post on behalf of a dealership.
Protect privacy
Don't share private people's phone numbers or emails in public posts. Blur personal details on invoices — the scanner helps with this.
Keep it useful
Stay on topic, add detail others can act on, and report content that breaks these rules using the Report button on any post or reply.
