Hyundai Venue Remote Immobiliser Update: Which Variants Get It
Hyundai has started adding a remote immobiliser function to the Venue through an OTA update, but it is not for every Venue on the road. The feature is currently limited to the Venue HX10 and Venue N Line N10 versions that have the connected Navigation Cockpit system, so owners need to check their variant before expecting it.
Which Venue variants get remote immobiliser?
The new function works through Hyundai's Bluelink app and is designed to let an owner remotely prevent the vehicle from being restarted. It is therefore a connected security feature rather than a mechanical change to the SUV.

How the Bluelink feature works
The useful part here is that the security function is being added remotely rather than requiring a conventional vehicle update at a workshop. For an eligible owner, the Bluelink app becomes the point from which the remote immobiliser function can be used.
The update also matters because Hyundai says more models will receive the feature later. For now, the confirmed coverage is the Venue HX10 and Venue N Line N10 with the required connected system.
What does the Venue cost today?
The Hyundai Venue is currently priced from ₹8.00 lakh to ₹15.83 lakh ex-showroom. Published on-road figures put it at ₹9.57 lakh to ₹19.42 lakh in Hyderabad and ₹9.68 lakh to ₹19.70 lakh in Bangalore, so the actual buying budget is quite a bit higher than the headline ex-showroom figure.
