Nissan recorded total sales of 3,300 units in September 2026, which marks a significant volume increase compared to the same month last year. While year-on-year figures doubled, monthly numbers saw a slight dip of 3.7 percent compared to August 2026 when the brand moved 3,426 units.
Nissan Magnite sales performance
The Magnite continued to serve as the highest-selling model for the manufacturer during September. It brought in 1,502 units, capturing a 45.5 percent share of the brand total.
- Magnite sales dropped 9.1 percent year-on-year
- Volumes edged up 0.5 percent compared to August
- The compact SUV remains the backbone of the lineup
Gravite and Tekton contribution
The newer additions to the showroom floor played a major part in driving overall volumes upward. Gravite secured 1,389 units to take 42.1 percent of the total volume, though this was down 3.5 percent from August.
Tekton brought in 409 units, accounting for 12.4 percent of total sales. However, it suffered the sharpest monthly drop in the portfolio, falling 16.7 percent from the 491 units sold in August.
Combined impact on monthly volumes
Gravite and Tekton together accounted for 1,798 units, making up 54.5 percent of Nissan total September output. This combined volume helped offset the year-on-year decline seen on the Magnite and drove the brand closer to its monthly targets.
