Triumph Speed 400 got a ~₹6k price hike — still worth it over Classic 350?

Speed 400 is now around ₹2.40 lakh ex showroom after the recent hike. Classic 350 starts way lower at about ₹1.86 and tops out near ₹2.21. Test rode both. The Triumph feels genuinely more planted and quicker, RE is all about that thump and chill vibe. For daily 30km commute + occasional highway, which one would you pick in 2026? Budget can stretch but not sure the premium is worth it for my usage.
