Renault Kwid facelift revealed for Brazil: full details

Renault has revealed a facelifted Kwid for the Brazilian market, bringing a mildly updated exterior along with a completely reworked cabin. The refreshed hatchback will be sold in three trims - Evolution, Techno and Outsider. This is the biggest update the Kwid has had in years, and it comes at a time when the India-spec car is starting to look dated next to newer entry-level hatchbacks. There is no confirmation yet on whether this update will reach India.

What changes on the Kwid facelift

The biggest changes are on the inside. Renault has redone the dashboard layout completely, and it now looks cleaner even though it stays hard-plastic throughout, and the old 'Kwid' script on the dashboard is gone.

If Renault India does eventually bring it over, expect the changes to show up first at a facelift launch rather than as a running update.

Should you wait for this Kwid facelift?

Since this facelift hasn't been confirmed for India and no price, spec sheet or launch date exists for it here, there's nothing to compare against the current Kwid on sale.
