Suzuki Motorcycle India has launched the Hayabusa Special Edition in the country, priced at ₹19.90 lakh (ex-showroom). The flagship litre-class motorcycle gets a distinct look and rider-focused electronics tweaks over the standard bike, which itself picks up three new colour options this season.

What makes the Special Edition different

The Hayabusa Special Edition is not just a paint job. It comes with a single-seat cowl fitted as standard, which gives it a cleaner, more focused silhouette than the regular twin-seat setup. The styling changes are exclusive to this variant and are not available as dealer accessories on the standard model.

Electronics and rider aids

On the electronics side, Suzuki has made refinements specifically for the Special Edition that are aimed at the rider rather than a pillion. The standard Hayabusa already carries a comprehensive suite of rider aids, and the Special Edition builds on that with what Suzuki describes as rider-focused tuning.
