Skoda Kushaq price hike and new Sportline 1.5L DSG variant details
Illustration generated by Turbo Truth.
Skoda Auto India has implemented its first price revision for the facelifted Kushaq SUV since its launch earlier this year. Buyers looking at the 1.0-litre and 1.5-litre petrol variants will now see hikes ranging from Rs 10,000 to Rs 20,000 across most of the lineup.
Which variants get price hikes
The base Classic plus 1.0L TSI manual variant retains its starting price of Rs 10.69 lakh, but upper trims absorb the new cost adjustments. Mid-spec manual and automatic versions see increases between Rs 10,000 and Rs 15,000, while top-tier Prestige and Monte Carlo trims face the maximum bump of Rs 20,000.
- Classic plus 1.0L manual holds steady at Rs 10.69 lakh
- Signature and Sportline manual variants increase by Rs 10,000 to Rs 15,000
- Prestige and Monte Carlo automatic trims go up by Rs 20,000
- Revised ex-showroom prices stretch up to Rs 19.19 lakh for the top model
New Sportline 1.5L DSG variant added
Alongside the price adjustments, the company has expanded the catalog by introducing a new mid-tier performance option. The Kushaq Sportline 1.5L DSG arrives priced at Rs 16.99 lakh, lowering the entry barrier for buyers wanting the 1.5-litre Evo engine paired with the 7-speed dual-clutch automatic transmission.
City on-road pricing differences
For buyers budgeting their purchase, ex-showroom numbers do not reflect final driveway costs. On-road pricing varies significantly depending on local registration and tax structures across major urban centers.
- Mumbai on-road prices run from Rs 12.59 lakh to Rs 22.61 lakh
- Bangalore on-road figures span between Rs 13.29 lakh and Rs 23.86 lakh
- Hyderabad totals range from Rs 13.10 lakh to Rs 23.51 lakh
- Chennai figures stretch from Rs 13.21 lakh to Rs 23.70 lakh
Are these price increases going to make you reconsider your booking or are you still sticking with your chosen variant?
