Real world service cost of 350cc bikes over 2 years — share your numbers

Planning to buy my first 350. Everyone talks about on-road price but nobody tells the 2-year running cost. Can owners share honest numbers — periodic service, chain/sprocket, tyres, any recurring niggles? Trying to compare RE, Honda CB350 and the Triumph. Want the real ownership cost not the brochure.
