Tesla Roadster India Bookings Open – Rs 2.5 Crore Just To Reserve Thrust Variant, Delivery Date Unconfirmed

Tesla has opened Roadster bookings in India, with customers able to reserve the Thrust configuration for a total of Rs 2.50 crore. The Thrust configuration requires an initial payment of Rs 5.01 lakh, followed by a further payment of Rs 2,45,24,000 within 10 days. The Roadster Performance, on the other hand, requires an initial payment of Rs 5.01 lakh, followed by a further payment of Rs 45.05 lakh within 10 days, taking the total reservation payment to Rs 50.06 lakh. The Thrust configuration is limited to one order per customer and is subject to local laws and regulatory requirements. Production of the Roadster will begin in 2028 with left-hand-drive vehicles only, with no right-hand-drive production timeline announced.
